Humor@Walk: An inspiring outdoor break for regeneration

Target Audience:

All working persons who like to recharge their battery during their lunch break.

How do we work?

Participants spend 45 min. outdoors regardless of the weather conditions. During short breaks we practice various humor-techniques to stimulate everyones sense of humor. We will have lots of fun, be active and learn something new in every weekly unit.

Format: outdoor event à 60 min. e.g. during lunch break, min. 6-8 weeks; once a week
Number of Participants: 8-18 persons
Languages: German or English
Investment: upon request, will be negotiated in a briefing depending on content, duration and number of participants.

Humor@Office: Humor-impulse for an extra kick in your (home) office
- A powerful humor-training to take-off - ON-SITE or LIVE online


Target Audience:

Anyone in his (home) office who likes to add more drive, lightness and creativity to his job.

Your Benefit:
The participants…

  • stimulate their sense of humor by playful, inspiring exercises.
  • learn new humor-techniques every week that can can be applied immediately at their workplace.
  • get more creative, more flexible and serene.
  • have fun, prevent stress, relax and learn how to defuse difficult situations.

How do we work?

We will learn and practice various humor tools to stimulate everyone’s sense of humor. We will have lots of fun, be active and learn something new every week.

Format: ON-SITE event or LIVE online à 45 min.
(min. 6-8 weeks; once a week)
Number of Participants: 8-18 persons
Languages: German or English
Investment: upon request, will be negotiated in a briefing depending on content, duration and number of participants.
Content: Every power training playfully covers a certain humor-technique.
